We are really sorry to announce the cancellation of Xuberance Weekend.



Due to unforeseen circumstances I am left with no option but to cancel the event in its entirety.

I offer my sincerest apologies for the short notice of this announcement and any inconvenience caused but please understand that this has been the hardest decision of my life and one I really didn’t want to have to make.

However the circumstances here are beyond my control, and have left me with no alternative but to cancel the event.

I have invested a vast amount of my time and money into this event over the last 14 months, but unfortunately I have been dealt a last-minute blow.

I fully intend to put on the event in the coming years and with this in mind I hope that you understand and consider supporting future events.

Thanks to everyone who has been involved & worked so hard providing time and expertise and also to those who have supported this event.

Anyone who has purchased a ticket will be contacted individually on Monday morning and will receive a full refund including all booking fees.

Xuberance Weekend

Tickets are priced at:-
£25 per day
£40 for the weekend or
£55 for the weekend including camping

The first 1,500 weekend / weekend with camping tickets to be sold will receive a special wristband allowing access to the undercover arena, next to the stage all weekend. Visitors without the wristband will still have an excellent view of the stage, but will be outside the main building and not undercover - LAST FEW REMAINING

Notes on Camping:- The campsite is located about 1 mile from the Pavilion; free coaches will be running every 15mins to and from the campsite to the pavilion. At the moment the only facilities provided are toilets, however we hope to announce more facilities soon such as chillout marquee showing video footage plus food & drink units. The Campsite has extremely limited spaces available so early booking is advised. The Campsite will open at 10am on Saturday 9th June and close on Monday 11th June at 10am. Yellow AA signs will direct you to the campsite from Llangollen.

Please note:- No-one will be allowed onto the campsite without proof that they have a full weekend with camping ticket for the festival. This will be policed across the weekend. A camping ticket lasts for the whole weekend or just one night, it’s the same price. No rogue camping will be tolerated.

Where to purchase tickets from:- Tickets will be available through this site and a telephone box office number we also hope to announce a number of ticket outlets shortly. Ticket purchased from any unauthorised sources may not be valid for entry, Xuberance Weekend tickets have a number of security features to prevent counterfeiting and fraud and all gate staff and security will be able to tell if you ticket is a fake.

Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, failure to produce proof of id on entry may result in refused access without any refund.

Tickets are non-refundable and are sold on the condition that they are not transferable.

Wristbands - Visitors will exchange their ticket for a wristband when arriving on site, which will allow re-admittance to the site. Entrance to the undercover arena is only possible with a special wristband, (available to the first 1,500 weekend tickets sold) anybody without a wristband on site or with a wristband that has been tampered with will be evicted from the site immediately

Delivery of tickets - All Tickets will be posted in the week before the event, under no circumstance will Xuberance issue replacement tickets

All tickets purchased on this site are governed by our terms and conditions. In particular, we draw your attention to the fact that all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Xuberance and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act).

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If you fail to produce proof of ID when asked you will be refused entry without a refund

Placing an order: Proceed to the booking procedure using the online order form. If you wish to book over the telephone then call our booking line where our staff will assist you in your booking. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), venue or show time

The contract between us and you: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the booking that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your booking order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your online order form. The e-mail will contain a reference number which you must keep safe until the event. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. If you don’t have a valid email address you can only complete your booking form via telephone or visiting one of our official outlets. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Xuberance of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. If tickets that are despatched are returned to us as "addressee unknown", we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Xuberance. Tickets brought from other sources will be refused admission. Tickets are security printed – any attempt to pass on any other tickets will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. The artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser/promoter (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control), we will only refund the face value of the ticket. Xuberance will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them to return the tickets.

To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, Xuberance and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission without refund. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue for being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

Price and Payment

The prices payable for the booking that you order is as set out in our website. Booking fees apply to all tickets and these will be added on and will be visible before you commit to the purchase. You can pay by credit/debit card, the details of which you shall provide on the online order form. For how your credit card is protected refer see below. Payment shall be in pounds sterling and shall be inclusive of taxes. No refunds will be available once a booking has been confirmed by Xuberance Weekend.

Delivery

To help prevent forgery, all tickets will be posted by first class post 14 days before the event and not at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

The booking you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. There are any events outside our control that occur and which would make the provision of the booking unworkable. If we do cancel your booking we will notify you by e-mail /phone and we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Liability

We shall have no liability to you for any error or omission within the confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to notify us by calling us on 0870 23 24 25 6 and providing us with any necessary details or amendments. Our only obligation will be to make good any error or omission. Xuberance will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising in relation to the provision of the booking and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.

We are providing this site on an 'as is' basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaim all such representations and warranties. In addition, we makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Neither we nor any of our directors, employees contractors or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. Xuberance, Venue Management and Co-Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at any event – including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to carry out the booking you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Credit Card Security

During the order process, you will be directed to our bank's secure internet payment gateway for processing using its electronic data processing scheme. Our bank has its own security measures in place to protect this information. Your bank details will not be kept by us.

Third party rights

Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, confirmation e-mail, contact details and data protection policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to booking made by you to us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any services offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall not incur liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
