We are really sorry to announce the cancellation of Xuberance Weekend.

  

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am left with no option but to cancel the event in its entirety.

 

I offer my sincerest apologies for the short notice of this announcement and any inconvenience caused but please understand that this has been the hardest decision of my life and one I really didn’t want to have to make.

 

However the circumstances here are beyond my control, and have left me with no alternative but to cancel the event.

 

I have invested a vast amount of my time and money into this event over the last 14 months, but unfortunately I have been dealt a last-minute blow.

 

I fully intend to put on the event in the coming years and with this in mind I hope that you understand and consider supporting future events.

 

Thanks to everyone who has been involved & worked so hard providing time and expertise and also to those who have supported this event.

 

Anyone who has purchased a ticket will be contacted individually on Monday morning and will receive a full refund including all booking fees.

We have a wide range of activities going on all weekend, activities already confirmed include:-

Feestyle Motocross Arena 

Team Airraid FMX will host a series of demos throughout the weekend on their new custom build truck ramp. Lead by Ash Davies the team will show the latest talent in freestyle motocross. The riders will be available after the demos to talk about their bikes, sign autographs or just to chat.

 

 BMX Dirt Jump Comp

We are bringing over 200 tones of dirt just for the weekend to create a series of jumps which will see riders from across the UK showcasing the latest talent and all competing for the Xuberance king of dirt trophy.

•  Street Course Skate Park
•  
• A custom build skatepark will be installed for the weekend and will feature top name riders in Skate & BMX. The park will run jam formats all weekend and feature a number of amateur comps and professional demos. We will also run a number of open access sessions, giving you the chance to ride with and get tips from the pro's. A amateur comp will be running and enteries will be taken on a first come first served basis on ecah day.

A rough layout of the course is below - this is subject to change (but gives you an idea)

We are going to add a few more rails / boxes and bit etc (rider list to be added soon)

• Mini Ramp Demos

Featured pro riders will be running demonstrations all weekend

We are building out own mini-ramp for the event (sperate from the above course)

•  Mountain Bike Display 

The Animal Braun cruZer Tour is Europe's highest profile Bike Show demonstrating the riding talents of the legendary Trials rider and former world champion, Martin Ashton and Dirt Jump Maestro, Grant 'Chopper' Fielder. The team will be demonstrating throughout the Xuberance Weekend 

 

• The North Wales Activities Area

A dedicated area to show the diverse range of activities available, from kite surfing to mountain biking a collection of companies from across N Wales will be on hand of offer advice on how to get involved with their sports.

• Taster Sessions  

• Kayaking Experience

Ever fancied a go in a canoe? This is your chance ! Pro Adventure will be offering taster experiences on the canal next to the site. There are only limited spaces available so pre-booking is advisable - The sessions are offered at a discounted rate of £5 pp - please book separately either via their website  - www.proadventure.co.uk or by calling them directly on 01978 861912

• Rock Climbing

• One-man tethered hot air balloon

One of the top hot air balloon pilots in the UK, Chris Sanger-Davies is bringing a 1 man hot air balloon and weather permitting will be giving visitors the chance to have a go - don't worry he won't let you go..

• Handgliding / Paragliding

• Free Runners - (Parkour)

FR3- RUN will be on-site showing the latest skills in free-running. The local lads will be there showing off there skills at the french discipline of Le parkour. Expect high flips, far jumps and technical tricks. (more info comming soon)
