Dates:- Saturday 9th & 10th June 2007
Venue:- The Royal International Pavilion, Abbey Road, Llangollen, Denbighshire, North Wales LL20 8DB
Opening Times:- Midday - 10:30pm both days (a full timetable of events will be added here shortly)
Tickets:- £25 per day or £40 weekend, ealry booking is recommended as we only have a limited number of tickets due to the license on site. Tickets will be avialable through this site, a telephone box office and a number of select outlets vist the Tickets page for more info. Tickets will be available on the day, but due to limited availabilty early booking is recommended. Tickets purcahed before the 1st June will be sent out over the weekend on the 2nd June, s you will have them in the week leading up-to the event.
Accomodation:- For those traveling to the event, excellent accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets can be found in the Llangollen and the surrounding area, ranging from campsites to luxury hotels. How to get there:-
By Car: Llangollen is well signposted from all major routes, there will also be additional AA directional signage installed for the weekend. The venue postcode is LL20 8SW
By Bus: Llangollen is served by a number of bus companies - the most popular route is frm wrexham bus station, which is a 20 min journey. Call Wrexham BusLine on 01978 266166 for more info.
By Train: The neasrest train station is Ruabon - around 5 miles from the site - just outside the station is a bus stop which has regular serivces to Llangollen.

Car Parking:- There is ample car parking available just a short walk from the site. On entering Llangollen follow the yellow 'AA' directional signs to the car park. A charge of £2 per day will be made for carks.

Age Restrictions:- Under legislation of the Licensing Act 2003 which came into effect in 2006 the following should be noted by all festival attendees.
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Persons under the age of 16 will not be permitted on-site without an adult and if refused entrance will not be entitled to a refund, ID may be required to enter the field, so make sure you have some. If we are in doubt and you ahve no proof of age, admitance will be refused.
All persons who intend to purchase alcohol at xuberance should carry proof of age. Xuberance weekend will be implemting a '21' scheme so if you look under 21 and you fail to produce proof of ID when asked you will not be served alcohol.
DRUGS & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:- The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by Xuberance. It is illegal to take, to buy or to sell drugs. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. If you deal in drugs, you will be arrested via security and handed over to North Wales Police. There will be covert police and security onsite who will take action as appropriate. Experimenting with drugs can lead to adverse reactions.
Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment
You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items that may reasonably be considered as a weapon will be confiscated.
Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue or site may be searched. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly. Ticket holders may be filmed and sound recorded as part of the audience.
